I am a PhD student of Computational Science Program at Middle Tennessee State University. I am working with doctral supervision of Prof. William Robertson.I have completed MS in Computer Science from MTSU in May 2019 with specializaion in Data science, Computer Networking and Parallel Computing.
Prior to my transfer to MTSU, I was a MS student and completed MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Utah from 2014-2016. I also received BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering with distinction(1st rank) and MS degree in Information and Communication Engineering with distinction from Tribhuwan University in 2010 and 2013 respectively.
My primary research interests includes Computational Electromagnetics, Deep Neural Netwok for Biomedical Signal Processing, and Workflow Optimization for Big Data Applications. I design and model a novel MLS (Maximum length sequence) multilayer and grating structure that supports the Bloch surface waves for applications in the field of bio-sensing, waveguide design, slow-light devices, and other surface non-linear optical phenomena.
We Perfomed the Time-Frequency Analysis and Classification of PCG Signals with Prof. Yating Hu .Further, We performed the Time and Cost Optimization of Scientific Workflows in Cloud for Big Data Science with Prof. Yi Gu.
